We manage assets for a volume of approximately 20 billion euros in private markets, through various vehicles registered with the supervisory bodies.

About the role:

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for monitoring the cash flows of the portfolio and investors: knowledge of commitment operations, capital calls, distributions, buybacks, and premiums.
  • Responsible for treasury management and forecasting for the funds.
  • Responsible for fund valuation and portfolio tracking.
  • Valuation of portfolio holdings.
  • Liaison with auditors, advisors, and banks.
  • Reporting to regulators and investors.
  • Calculation of management fees, deposit fees, and retrocessions to distributors.
  • Client onboarding.
  • Review of accounting for investment vehicles and portfolio companies, as well as compliance with tax and public administration obligations.
  • Leadership in the investment transaction settlement process: from origination to execution.
  • Cross-functional role in the administration of Spanish funds.
  • Backup support in UCITS fund administration.
 
Profile

Education and experience
  • Graduate in Business Administration or similar.
  • 3 years of experience. Prior experience in financial auditing or back/middle office of alternative investment fund managers is valued.

Professional skills: 

  • Knowledge of regulatory and public administration obligations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Programming knowledge for process automation (Macros, Access, others) is a plus.
  • High level of English.

Personal Skills: 

  • Strong management, control, planning, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Positive attitude and motivation to develop an operations department with a 360-degree view of support areas within the company.
  • High level of autonomy and ability to lead processes from start to finish.
